PLEASE READ THIS PAGE FULLY BEFORE JOINING ANY BREAK CONDUCTED BY CRACKIN’ WAX
It is your sole responsibility to know and understand the rules and procedures of these breaks before proceeding. By joining, participating in and paying for any slot in any break, you agree to the rules and conditions posted below. Crackin’ Wax cannot and shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to adhere to this agreement.
THE GENERAL GIST
All cards contained within each respective box and/or case will be used for each break. You pick the slot(s) you would like, pay for your slot(s), and we’ll send you your new cards after the break! You WILL receive at least ONE (1) card in any Crackin’ Wax Break that you join or your money back! Many of our case breaks are done for charity. We donate 10% of the cost of every sold team slot per each respective charity case break to that break’s assigned charity.
$20 SLOT RESERVATION — CASE BREAKS ONLY
We do not post final slot pricing until full checklists have been supplied. Until final slot pricing is made available, you have the opportunity to reserve any available slot you’re interested in by paying a non-refundable $20 deposit per slot. Should you make any deposits, you will be invoiced a balance due for each respective break you join once that break’s final slot pricing has been determined. Once invoiced a balance due for a Crackin’ Wax Break, you must make full payment of that invoice before that break’s scheduled break date. Failure to make full payments will result in the automatic forfeiture of any unpaid slots.
All breaks will be broadcast live on the Crackin’ Wax YouTube Channel after either all slots have been fully paid or after the product arrives–whichever comes last*. This scheduling condition is subject to change for each respective break. We will be focusing more on the hits and other cards of interest in order to keep the video at a reasonable length. Video of the each break will be uploaded to YouTube and will be made available on each break’s page.
In the event that a card of any type containing multiple players from multiple teams is pulled, that card will be distributed thusly:
In the event that a card is pulled in which the team represented is now playing in another city and/or has changed names, it will be assigned to its current counterpart’s slot. For instance, all Montreal Expos cards will be assigned to the Washington Nationals.

What They’re Saying…
I’ve been breaking with Crackin’ Wax for several years now and have only missed one of his breaks since starting. Chris goes out of his way to make sure everyone that buys into his breaks has a good time. He is good at breaking, keeps everything on-screen and is up front with everything.
One thing that sets Crackin’ Wax apart is the fact that all his breaks are for charity. He’s raised thousands of dollars for a variety of charities and is still going strong. I’m never disappointed with one of his breaks and look forward to many more.
Anyone that has been involved with Crackin Wax breaks knows that everything is top notch. I’ve been breaking with them for years and not only are they professional and knowledgeable, but also wonderful people. Pricing is extremely competitive, shipping is the fastest I’ve ever experienced, and the great banter between Chris and Amy make the whole experience a pleasure. But the most important thing is it’s all for a good cause and they have raised thousands of dollars for numerous great charities. Breaks sell out fast, I encourage you to give them a try if you haven’t already!
I love breaking with Chris and Literal Quirk! The fastest and most reliable shipping of anyone out there. Breaks are usually on Saturday and I have my cards by Tuesday. Also enjoy the fact that money is going to worthy charities for each break. I have never been disappointed by one of these breaks.
Chris and LQ are great to break with. Fast shipping, giving money to charity, and not obnoxious frat-boy wannabes going on and on about “sick hits” and garbage like that. They are collectors and that matters.
I have been breaking with Christopher & Literal Quirk for the past few years, and you will not find better people in the hobby.
Ensuring their breakers are entertained & satisfied is their #1 priority. With each and every break, a donation is made to a chosen charity (March of Dimes, Boys & Girls Club, etc).
Cards are usually shipped in 1 business day.
I have seen the popularity of their breaks increase with each new one. Main reason- because the people behind the breaks are simply the best!
First time breaking with Crackin’ Wax. The break was entertaining and great care was made to ensure that you could see everything going on with the cards. The cards arrived quickly and securely packaged. Definitely worth it.
I’ve been getting in on these case breaks for a couple years and they have yet to disappoint.
I’m always entertained and I usually end up with a hit. Which is completely awesome.
Chris and Amy put on a good show. The banter between the two is entertaining making the break a great experience.
The fact that Crackin’ Wax breaks are for charity is another reason I support these him. He’s raised thousands of dollars for a variety of charities. I’ve never disappointed with one of his breaks.
The sorting of the cards and packaging is on point.
Once I get my cards it is so easy to put them away in the PC.
Keep Crackin’ that Wax.
I have done breaks with Crackin’ Wax for a few years now. Prices are always great, and many breaks are for charity. The breaks themselves are always fun and entertaining. Shipping is fast and everything is packed well and arrives safe.
Give them a try, you won’t regret it!
If your looking for a breaker who loves the sport of Baseball and card collecting as much as you do, get into one of Crackin’ Wax’s breaks! Team’s go fast so get on his email list pronto so you’ll know when breaks go on sale. Pricing is the best around and a portion of most of his breaks are donated to charity. Watch the break live or later on YouTube and you’ll enjoy the lively banter between Chris and his lovely wife (and sorter) Amy! The amount of care they put in sorting and shipping your cards will blow you away!
When you break with Crackin’ Wax…you break with one of the BEST!
I am always entertained and never disappointed in Crackin’ Wax breaks. I don’t always walk away with the hit of the break, but I am always entertained and get my money’s worth. He and his wife make a great team and I will often times watch the breaks, even if I didn’t get my team. The charity breaks are the best and I know CW’s using his platform to make a difference. Go get in some CW breaks. You will be glad you did.
Play At The Plate
I have been “breaking” with Crackin’ Wax for 2 years mainly for my beloved Pirates collection and never been disappointed – from a pure customer service standpoint, CW is solid, timely, delivers the cards immediately following a break by investing the time to organize, sort, package and mail within a day or two. There is lots of fun, total transparency and integrity in CW’s approach to the breaks. I also appreciate the CW has a strong social conscious and raises $ for local charities in the Minneapolis area. You can’t go wrong with CW if you want to invest in good cards and a reliable service.
Recently got back into collecting and I heard of these case breaks so looked these guys up and entered into my first ever break with them bought the seattle mariners because I saw there was going to be Ken Griffey jr cards in the set and he is my favorite all time player and would you believe it I got a 1987 celebrating 30 years ash parallel Autograph of Ken Griffey Jr numbered 3 of 5. TOTALLY AMAZING
