What an amazing event! It was just the second time that we assembled and conducted a Ladies’ Night charity mixer in honor of all of the amazing women and girls in our hobby. We lucked out with the nine mystery boxes that we selected (2007 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection, 2008 Upper Deck SPA, 2008 Upper Deck SPx, 2009 Upper Deck Signature Stars, 2011 Topps Tier 1, 2016 Topps Legacy, 2016 Topps Tribute, 2016 Topps Triple Threads, and 2016 Panini Immaculate). The boxes definitely overperformed. Out of the 50 expected hits, we pulled 53—including a 1/1 Ken Griffey Jr.! When all was said and done, we were able to donate $150 to March of Dimes!

While we did endure a very rare hiccup during our YouTube stream, we were able to get back up and running and finish out the break in phenomenal fashion. You can go to our YouTube channel to check out both halves of the break. For those of you with less free time, or for those that just want to check out the hits, check out the Hits Recap video posted below.

Thank you so much to all those who participated in the break, to those who helped to promote it, and to LQ for hosting it. Thank you to Blowoutcards for the awesome discounts as always. Also, thanks to Topps, Upper Deck, and Panini for producing such fantastic products!

If you’re interested in joining one of our future breaks, be sure to subscribe to our Group Breaks Mailing List to be the first to be notified of new breaks. We’ll also be giving away one free spot in our upcoming Bowman Draft break if we can get to 2300 Twitter followers before the break sells out, so be sure to give us a follow there, too!

Thanks again, everyone, and keep crackin’ that wax!
