A Pre-emptive Post About A Future Post

Umm… holy crap. That’s really the best two words that come to mind at the moment. I just completed two of the most wickedly awesome trades that I’ve been part of since I’ve resurrected Crackin’ Wax. One fulfilled some Twins RC AU needs (and then some–by a LOT), and the other, well… let’s just say that Trading Up For Charity got a huge swift kick in the jockstrap. This initiative is definitely on the right track and I can’t wait to see what kind of interest the new card I’m posting tomorrow will generate.

So, please be here tomorrow to check out the AMAZING cards that I now own and see what I had to give up in order to get them!

I’ll be shipping out yet another bundle of free cards tomorrow and with that I’ve decided to make a small but very crucial change. All claimed cards will no longer be in italics. It has come to my attention that this strategy has been difficult for some users. From now on any cards that have been claimed will be marked with an X under the CLAIMED column. See? Doesn’t that make a heck of a lot more sense? Also, to those who are sending SASEs for free cards, please be sure to include enough postage on your return envelopes. Unfortunately, one person used just one stamp on a #0 sized padded envelope with 10 cards in penny sleeves inside of toploaders. Any SASEs without proper postage cannot be returned. Sorry!

…and to those keeping up with Delmon Young, he has been suspended from baseball activities for 7 days retroactive to Friday. *shakes head*

Sounds like a great trade (or two) occurred, can’t wait to see the end results!
